1. Free Plan

Free users can discontinue anytime with no charges.

2. Paid Plans (Spark & Blaze)

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in INR.
• Auto-Renewal: Plans renew automatically unless canceled 48 hours before renewal date.
• Cancellation: Can be done through account settings. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are available only within 48 hours of first payment if service usage is minimal (less than 20% of plan benefits used).
• No refunds are offered for renewals or after heavy usage (mock tests, multiple AI generations, etc.).
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Termination by Compete Coach

If we suspend or terminate your account without cause, a pro-rata refund may be issued.
